ECT will return optimized* nominations on the scheduling day
Adjusted nominations and SWAPs with trading partners are sent in ECT's Determination Statement
*Optimized barrels are net outs and swaps combined
ECT charges a fraction* of what the midstream company charges
There shall be no charge associated with any nominations without an optimization.
